Union County proudly celebrates its agricultural heritage. In 2007, a committee was established to create a local farmers market where growers of all sizes could sell their products. It was also decided that artisans—from beekeepers and bakers to potters and painters—would have the opportunity to showcase their handmade goods. When we say 'Home Grown and Handmade,' you can trust that the homegrown goods you’re purchasing were created right here in our community.
Food available at the local farmers market offers exceptional freshness, quality, flavor, and variety. You know precisely where your food comes from and how it was grown. Supporting this market also helps sustain a regional food system that keeps small family farms thriving, protects land from development, and ensures access to fresh, local food for everyone.
The artisans at the market are truly special individuals. Stop by the Union County Farmers Market, meet them, and enjoy all the delightful homegrown goods and handcrafted items!

Our mission is to create a vibrant, supportive, and inclusive community event where people can connect, have fun, and discover high-quality homemade and homegrown goods at our artisans market, featuring local farmers and small businesses.
