Outdoor Adventure Camp with The Rog

Get ready for a full day of outdoor fun! Exploring Union County’s Hidden Gems is an action-packed summer camp where kids spend their days discovering nature, making friends, and going on unforgettable hiking adventures from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Campers will explore some of Union County’s best-kept secrets—from shaded forest trails and bubbling creeks to scenic overlooks and hidden spots. Each day brings a new adventure filled with hands-on activities like nature scavenger hunts, wildlife spotting, team challenges, and outdoor exploration.

Led by experienced and enthusiastic staff, this camp helps kids build confidence, learn basic hiking and outdoor safety skills, and develop a deeper appreciation for the environment—all while having a blast outside.

With a mix of structured activities and free exploration time, campers will stay active, engaged, and connected to nature all summer long.

DATES

June 1-5 $80.00

July 13th, 15th and 17th: $20.00/day

Adult Hikes with The Rog

 This adult hiking program offers guided outdoor experiences, with the Rog, through the scenic landscapes of Union County, a region known for its rich natural beauty within the Blue Ridge Mountains. Designed for participants of varying skill levels, the program focuses on exploration, physical wellness, and environmental appreciation.

Hikes take place across a variety of terrains, including forested trails, mountain ridges, and waterfall routes, with select outings along iconic paths such as the Appalachian Trail. Participants benefit from experienced guides who provide navigation support, safety instruction, and educational insights into local flora, fauna, and regional history.
